Returns & Exchanges
Please be aware that all Fitzgerald Conservatory merchandise purchased online must have been purchased directly through the fitzgeraldconservatory.com website. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought on any other website.
Fitzgerald Conservatory accepts items for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving shipment, less shipping costs. For supplements, item(s) must contain at least one-third of the pill content and be returned with the original bottle. Soaps must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for returns. Orders in which two or more of the same item are purchased are only eligible for return if only one unit of the product has been opened. If only one unit of the product has been opened, is no more than two thirds empty and a return request has been made by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the order and has received a return authorization number (RA#), the order qualifies for a return. All sale items are final and non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained before returning any item(s). To receive your RA#, please forward the email receipt you received after your purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org. For your protection, please send all returns via USPS, including adequate insurance and tracking, and in a well-padded box or envelope. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer. Fitzgerald Conservatory is not responsible for returns that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
Once the RA# has been issued, please ship return item(s) within seven (7) days via the United States Postal Service (ONLY USPS) and supply the corresponding tracking number to Fitzgerald Conservatory via email. Customers who fail to provide a valid tracking number within the 7-day period automatically forfeit their refund.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or UPS. Fitzgerald Conservatory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
FITZGERALD CONSERVATORY’S EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange your purchase for a different item as long as the item is unopened and in its original condition. Further considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis. Fitzgerald Conservatory will charge you any difference in price for the new merchandise or issue a store credit if the exchange is less than the original price. All customers will be charged a shipping fee for any items being exchanged. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.

MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Should merchandise arrive damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no cost. Please contact us within seven (7) days of the receipt of your damaged package. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition with security tag attached.
